Client:  Range Pharmacy is located in Toowoomba, Qld.

Project brief:  To create a pharmacy that specialises in service delivery, as opposed to just product delivery. Research and design operational workflows that would be time and space efficient and would result in a superior customer service.

Project outcome:  Range has been recognised as one of Australia's most innovative and successful pharmacy businesses. It received the Australian Pharmacy of the Year, Best Retailer and Best Regional Store Awards.
