Mathers For Shoes

Client:  Mathers for shoes is a 150+ outlets chain of family shoe stores.

Project brief:  To create a totally new concept for this established retailer. To invent a layout and design that would make it easier for sales staff to give great customer service, consistently.

Project outcome:  After the first new concept store showed 95% increase in sales, the new design has been rolled out to many locations in Australia.
